Welcome to the HCCC Website

We are pleased to offer the community a quality childhood experience for young children.

The center has been committed to providing quality education for children. It is our belief that children learn through play. We help them build on their strengths by expanding on their interests, by viewing a child as an individual and as a whole, following a child's cue as to their needs and by offering child centered education. They learn how to respect themselves, their enviroment, and others. By providing children with those experiences at a young age, it is our hope that they will develop a lifelong enthusiasm for and an enjoyment of learning. The HCCC offers both a daycare and a preschool program.
